Yes they do. I have one in front of me right now.
Every. Single. Time. So great, chefs take time to properly prepare each dish. They are an open kitchen, so they take visible pride in making the best in presentation, but mostly combinations of flavors that are unique and delicious. Make your reservations at least 2 months out, or show up at 5 and 2 can eat at the bar.
The food is amazing. One of the best steaks I’ve ever had. The service is 100 points. The ambiance is fun and casualThe decor is cozy and very well done. I would recommend this restaurant for sure.
Cool ambiance and perfect spot for a quick drink or meal after skiing. It's owned by the same people as Sweet Basil and upholds the same high quality for service and food. The pork plate appetizer was pretty good but definitely don't skip the biscuits.
Nice, relaxed atmosphere. Food and drinks were great. Friendly staff. We saw a dress range of jackets and ties to ski clothes. Will go again.
The burger is amazing. The staff is super nice. A great place for lunch between runs at Vail
Good service and atmosphere. Food is good too. Spicy BBQ chicken sandwich is great. Wedge salad with blue cheese is great.
It was hard to choose a single dish from this menu since everything looked insanely delicious. Although a staunch "one entree" kinda girl, I broke down and ordered the grilled octopus starter and the beet and carrot salad. Two dishes! Both were sublime. Clean plates. Everyone at the table raved over their choices but I'm pretty sure I won! Go here! It's a must.
Top level service and food. The Turkey Club, no ordinary club. Martin’s Soon-To-Be Famous Green Chili were all amazing. The location, formerly Blues, sits on an lazy stream along a shopping district. The Rotisserie Cauliflower was unlike any I have ever had.....just....Oh My!
Best food here! The pate, the mushrooms on toast, whatever I ate there was delicious. I don't like "smoked" food but this was legitimately deliciously smoked. It did not upset my stomach, I wasn't burping up any sweet smokey burps. The food was savory! The paste was genius and the bread perfect!
This is an amazing place. The food was imaginative, visually appealing, with great flavors. The sweet pea hummus is too die for! The atmosphere is wonderful with the stream in the background. Adam, our waiter, was excellent; very knowledgeable, interesting & personable. Definitely an AAA+ experience!!
Really interesting and tasty food. Great cocktails, appetizers, and the banana pudding is some of the best I've ever had. Worth the price, especially for lunch!
Service was amazing! Food was equally as amazing! The lamb tartare and wine were so good! I can't wait to go back here when I come back to Vail.
Rustic and relaxed setting tavern where you can find delicious food cooked in traditional way using wood fire. The Optimus prime rib is a must try
My drink sandow combo was on point." Call me maybe" with a turkey club. fast friendly service. Large wine list too. The turkey club was perfect with plenty of turkey. Add a salad too to make it even better. Perfect after a cold day on the mountain.
This whole experience was life changing for me. The service was phenomenal and everything that I ordered was beyond anything that I’ve ever imagined. I ordered the pork shank and omgggggg wtfffffff 🤤 I’ve never had so many new flavors and textures simultaneously hit my pallet all at once. Each bite was just so fun and exciting. It was just genius being able to separate the layers of flavors with each bite. I usually never order dessert but I am SO glad I did. I forgot what it was called but it was like banana bread icecream pudding. Flavors just exploded in my mouth and it was such a balanced dessert. I will travel back to Colorado just to try their seasonal menu.
We made a stop here for some quick bites. The location of this place is very nice, overlooking the stream and the little snow park. We had the Wedges Salad and the biscuit from the appetizer menu. It was good.
Simply fantastic! Everything here was great. You will enjoy the place. We had the trout, quail, monkfish and a few deserts. This place really puts forth the extra effort to make sure you have a nice experience. If you are looking for a wonderful place to eat in Vail this is the one.
Good food, Calamari wasn't fried, but sauteed with sausage-delicious! Steak and Scallops were tasty. Drinks were ok, I had their signature Manhattan and was made with too much ice. Asked for a "neat" Manhattan and it was much better. Waitstaff are friendly. Good service.
The entrees are incredible. The mix of flavor, color and texture is perfect. I love getting a meal where the chef is an artist mixing just three right flavors on the tongue. Our wait was very short and the seat by the river was perfect. All in all will definitely be back.
We only had a short trip planned to Vail, but the Mountain Standard was the place we went there for a summertime excursion. Right on the river down the stairs from the children's play fountain on the main path, Mountain Standard is very well staffed and always has something interesting on the menu. The table next to us had the King Crab, and we shared the Ahi Tuna Crudo, buttermilk biscuits with sea salt and cured ham, and "the best wedge salad in America" as one fine diner stated. Go between lunch and dinner or make a reservation for busier times.
